Today’s pandemic that emerged in 2020 will not have spared any sector of activity. Indeed, the change in the global situation has cost many companies dearly. To survive and continue to develop, it is imperative to place digitalization at the heart of corporate strategy. To face the current situation, digitalization is inevitable.

The global health crisis has forced companies to adopt exceptional and necessary measures. This is a factor that has favored the digitalization of the company. Some companies have been forced to adopt the digitalization of work from the year 2020 and the trend continues in 2021. Even companies who have always neglect the evolution of today’s time has considered implementing digital in their facilities and services.

We are currently witnessing a hybridization of work methods. Companies have become more attentive and responsive to the needs of their customers. They implement different strategies and do not hesitate to correct their mistakes. Many companies have also adopted the “half-telework half-presence” system. Everything works on the basis of a planned rotation system. Many assignments continue to be carried out remotely. Reporting relationships face many changes.
